Shipping and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The following includes information you’ll want to know if you’re looking to return your Qball.

 

Standard Shipping Times

Please note that orders are typically shipped within 10-15 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, or for more information contact us at sales@peeq.us.
Standard shipping for single-item purchases is via USPS, whereas purchases of 2 or more typically ship via FedEx.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You need to fill out and include our PEEQ Qball Returns Form

 

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship your return to:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
